摘要
标准菌株是食品微生物实验室保证检测质量、确保检测数据准确可靠的标准参照物。为确保菌株活性、纯度及稳定性,应对标准菌株保存期内进行期间核查。本文从标准菌株期间核查的原因、存在的问题及核查方法等方面进行讨论和总结,以期为食品微生物实验室做好标准菌株期间核查工作提供借鉴,保证食品微生物检验过程的准确有效。
Standard strains can be used as a standard reference material in food microbiological laboratory to ensure the detection quality and the accuracy and reliability of inspection data.In order to ensure the activity,purity and stability of the strains,the period verification of the standard strains should be checked during the period of preservation.This paper discusses and summarizes the reasons,the existing problems and the verification methods on period verification of standard strains,in order to provide guidance for well performance of the period verification of the standard strains in food microbiological laboratory,and to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness in the food microbiological inspection process.
