摘要
选用矿粉、赤泥、硅藻土为填料,按不同掺量分别加入到基质沥青当中,利用MSCR试验测定了胶浆的Jnr3.2,利用BBS拉拔试验测定了胶浆的初次拉拔强度和自愈合率,利用冻融劈裂试验分析了沥青混合料的水稳定性,利用灰关联法确定了胶浆性能和填料指标的关联度。结果表明0.33粉胶比的硅藻土胶浆具有更优异的高温性能、粘结性能、自愈合性能和水稳定性,填料的干压孔隙率和细度模数对胶浆性能有显著影响。
Limestone,red mud and kieselguhr are selected as filler to add into matrix asphalt respectively with different dosage.The non-recoverablecreep compliance(Jnr3.2)of the mortar is measured by MSCR test,first time pull-out strength and the self-healing rate are measured by BBS pull-off test,water stability is analyzed by freeze-thaw split test,and the correlation between the performance of mortar and filler index is determined by grey correlation method.The results illustrate that the kieselguhrmortar,whose fillerbitumen ratio is at 0.33,shows better high temperature performance,adhesive performance,self-healing performance and water stability.The dry press porosity and fineness modulus of the filler have a significant impact on the performance of the asphalt mortar.
