摘要
对DE-99Ⅰ型和DE-99Ⅱ型硅藻土改性剂改性沥青及沥青混合料进行了一系列室内试验,包括沥青的技术性能试验、沥青混合料的马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、残留稳定度试验和冻融劈裂试验等,并应用示差扫描量热(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)方法对改性机理进行了研究分析.结果表明:在沥青中掺入DE-99Ⅰ型和DE-99Ⅱ型硅藻土改性剂,可使沥青及沥青混合料的高温性能得到一定的改善;将其应用于沥青路面大修工程中,取得了良好的效果.
A series of tests of the DE-99Ⅰ and DE-99Ⅱ diatomite modified asphalt as well as the mixtures are made. They included asphalt technical property test,Marshall test,rutting test at high temperature, bend test at low temperature and water stability test. The mechanism why asphalt property is modified by DE-99Ⅰ and DE-99Ⅱ diatomite is studied by DSC and SEM method. The results obtained in the paper show that the stability of the DE-99Ⅰ and DE-99Ⅱ diatomite modified asphalt and their mixtures is remarkably increased at high temperature and its application in road engineering is prospective.
