摘要
为研究水分对SBS改性沥青长期老化过程中流变性能的影响,通过温度扫描试验和多重应力蠕变恢复试验,分析了水分作用条件下沥青流变参数的变化规律。结果表明:随着水分作用时间的增大,SBS改性沥青复数模量与车辙因子提高,不可恢复蠕变柔量下降,说明水分作用条件增大了沥青老化后抵抗变形的能力,但是沥青相位角增大,蠕变回复率减小,表明水分作用下沥青黏性成分升高,弹性回复性能下降;通过分析应力敏感系数Rdiff和Jnr·diff发现水分作用时间越长,SBS改性沥青老化过程中应力的敏感性越小。
In order to study the effect of moisture on the rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt during long-term aging,the variation of asphalt rheological parameters under water action conditions is analyzed by temperature scanning test and multiple stress creep recovery test.The results show that with the increase of water action time,the complex modulus and rutting factor of SBS modified asphalt increase,and the unrecoverable creep compliance decreases,which indicates that the water action condition increases the ability of asphalt to resist deformation after aging,but the phase angle of asphalt increases and the creep recovery rate decreases,indicating that the viscosity of the asphalt increases and the elastic recovery performance decreases under the action of moisture;and by analyzing stress sensitivity coefficients Rdiffand Jnr.diff,it is found that the longer the water action time is,the less sensitive the stress is in the aging process of SBS modified asphalt.
