不同pH值环境下砂浆裂缝的自愈合行为 被引量:4

摘要 通过分析砂浆裂缝愈合前后的超声波速变化、毛细吸水量和裂缝宽度检测,研究了不同p H溶液(p H=5、7、12)环境下砂浆裂缝的自愈合性能。结果表明,不同p H环境下修复剂的修复效果并不完全相同,在p H=7和p H=12环境下,掺入1%修复剂的试样修复效果最好,声波恢复率最高可达96.03%。在p H=5环境下,不掺修复剂的空白砂浆试样自身修复效果最好,但恢复率要远低于碱性和中性溶液环境。 The self-healing properties of mortar cracks under different p H solutions(5,7,12)and the different polymer repair agents were studied by analyzing the ultrasonic velocity change,capillary water absorption and crack width before and after the mortar crack healing.The effect of the amount of incorporation on the crack repair effect.The results show that the solutions with different p H have erosive effect on mortar samples.Under the alkaline solution and neutral solution environment,the sample with 1%repair agent has the best repair effect,and the sound recovery rate can reach up to 96.03%.The agent has a promoting effect,in the acidic environment,the blank mortar sample has the best self-repairing effect,but the recovery rate is much lower than that of the alkaline and neutral solution environment.
