RAP预处理工艺对再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 首先采用两种RAP预处理工艺破碎筛分RAP,并比较了两种RAP预处理工艺对RAP油石比与变异性的影响,然后利用经这两种RAP预处理工艺处理产生的RAP制备不同RAP掺量的再生沥青混合料,并对再生沥青混合料的路用性能进行了分析.研究结果表明:精细化破碎筛分后,RAP形成“贫油”RAP粗料和“富油”RAP细料;与经常规破碎筛分产生的RAP粗料相比,经精细化破碎筛分产生的RAP粗料的沥青含量和变异性均显著降低;利用经精细化破碎筛分产生的RAP(F-RAP)制备出的再生沥青混合料的低温性能、水稳定性均优于利用经常规破碎筛分产生的RAP(C-RAP)制备出的再生沥青混合料;由于精细化破碎筛分工艺对RAP细料的油石比和变异性的改善效果不佳,因此利用经精细化破碎筛分产生的RAP(F-RAP)制备出的再生沥青混合料的高温性能比利用常规破碎筛分产生的RAP(C-RAP)制备出的再生沥青混合料的高温性能差. Firstly,two kinds of RAP pretreatment processes were used to crush and screen RAP,and the effects of two RAP pretreatment processes on the oil-stone ratio and variability of RAP were compared.Then,RAP produced by these two RAP pretreatment processes was used to prepare recycled asphalt mixtures with different RAP contents,and the road performance of recycled asphalt mixtures was analyzed.The results show that after fine crushing and screening,RAP forms“poor oil”RAP coarse material and“rich oil”RAP fine material.Compared with RAP coarse material produced by conventional crushing and screening,the asphalt content and variability of RAP coarse material produced by fine crushing and screening are significantly reduced.The low temperature performance and water stability of recycled asphalt mixture prepared by RAP(F-RAP)produced by fine crushing and screening process are better than those of recycled asphalt mixture prepared by RAP(C-RAP)produced by conventional crushing and screening process.Due to the poor improvement effect of fine crushing and screening process on the oil-stone ratio and variability of RAP fine material,the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture prepared by RAP(F-RAP)produced by fine crushing and screening process is worse than that of recycled asphalt mixture prepared by RAP(C-RAP)produced by conventional crushing and screening process.
