摘要
创业是就业之本,推动实现更高质量的就业在一定程度上有赖于促进更高质量的创业。政府、企业、高校作为不同的主体,拥有各自丰富的资源,立足社会发展需求,以创新创业为契机,以学生发展为根本目的,推动大学生创新创业能力的协同培养已成为高等职业教育发展的重要途径。基于创新网络视角,通过对创新创业的时代背景、内涵意义、影响因素等深入分析,从战略目标、课程体系、实践平台、组织机制、文化体系等五个方面,对高职学生创新创业能力的协同培养进行理论与现实的路径分析,促进“政企校”协同人才培养模式的构建,进一步提升高职学生的创新创业能力。
Entrepreneurship is the foundation of employment.To some extent,promoting the higher quality employment depends on the higher quality entrepreneurship.As different subjects,the government,enterprises and universities all have rich resources.Based on the needs of social development,taking innovation and entrepreneurship as an opportunity and taking students'development as the fundamental objective,the collaborative innovation to promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become an important way for the development of higher vocational education.Through the in-depth consideration of the era background,connotation,significance and influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship,a theoretical and practical analysis is carried out on the cooperative cultivation path of higher vocational students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability from five aspects,such as strategic objectives,curriculum system,practice platform,organizational mechanism and cultural system based on the innovative and network perspective.The construction of"Government-Enterprise-College"collaborative talent training mode can be promoted,and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students can be further enhanced.
