摘要
有机化学是药学专业的基础课程,用科研实践辅助有机化学理论教学,取得了很好的效果。从有机化合物结构的认识、通过量子化学计算帮助理解物质的反应活性、深刻理解典型的有机反应以及绿色化学观念的构建,通过这几个方面的探索,学生能直观理解教学内容,提升对课程的兴趣,而且也有助于激发教师对教学的热情。
Organic chemistry is the necessary course of pharmacy specialty.The theory teaching of organic chemistry assisted by scientific research practice has achieved good results.From the understanding of the structure of organic compounds,helping to understand the reactivity of substances through quantum chemistry calculation,profoundly understanding the typical organic reactions and the construction of green chemistry concept,through these explorations,students can intuitively understand the teaching content,enhance their interest in the curriculum,meanwhile teachers'enthusiasm for teaching can be stimulated.
