摘要
本研究对北京市269名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,探讨幼儿园教师自我韧性对离职倾向的影响以及工作满意度对两者的作用机制.结果显示,幼儿园教师自我韧性和工作满意度均处于中等偏上水平,离职倾向处于较低水平;幼儿园教师自我韧性、工作满意度与离职倾向之间存在显著相关;工作满意度在自我韧性与离职倾向之间起完全中介作用.研究者据此提出相关建议.
Using questionnaire,this study investigated 269 kindergarten teachers in Beijing,exploring the impact of teachers’ego-resiliency on their intention of quitting job and the role of job satisfaction on them.The results show that teachers’ego-resiliency and job satisfaction are at medium or above medium level while their intention of quitting job is at low level;teachers’ego-resiliency and job satisfaction are significantly correlated with intention of quitting job;job satisfaction is a mediator between ego-resiliency and quitting job intention.Some suggestions are put forward.
