摘要
研究采用问卷法,从浙江省幼儿园中征集了4705名幼儿园教师作为样本,调查工资收入与工作满意度、班级教育质量的关系。结果表明:幼儿园教师的月工资收入在4000元左右,工作满意度处于中等水平,自评的班级教育质量处于中等偏上水平;随着教师工资收入的提高,工作满意度显著提高,自评的班级教育质量显著提高;幼儿园教师的工资收入对班级教育质量有显著的正向影响,与工作满意度显著正相关,工作满意度在工资收入对班级教育质量的影响中起到部分中介作用。
The information of 4705 teachers from kindergartens in Zhejiang Province was collected in a questionnaire as samples to investigate the relationship among salary,job satisfaction and class quality.The results show that those with the salary of 4000 yuan monthly would have the job satisfaction at the medium level,and think highly of their class education in self appraisal.With the increase of teachers'salary,the job stisfacion is signifcandly improved,and the self-assed quality of cass education is also greatly enhanced.As a result,the salary of kindergarten teachers apparently has a significant positive impact on the class quality,and is remarkably crrelated with job saisaction in a positive way.Meanwhile,job satisfaction plays a partal intermediary role in the impact of salary on the class quality.
