摘要
心理韧性是心理健康的重要内容之一,为了探讨心理韧性的影响因素及作用机制。方法:采用心理韧性量表、情绪调节自我效能感、人际关系问卷对471有效被试进行施测。结果:人际关系通过表达积极情绪调节自我效能感(0.14×0.15=0.02,p<0.05)与管理消极情绪自我效能感(0.29×0.41=0.12,p<0.05)对心理韧性起不完全中介作用(Β=0.27,p<0.001)。结论:可以通过重视人际关系训练、人际关系交往与情绪归因训练、情绪调节自我效能感来提升心理韧性水平,提升大学生心理健康水平。
Objective:Resilience is one of the important topics of mental health,in order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of resilience.Methods:471 subjects were questioned by resilience scale,regulatory emotional selfefficacy scale and interpersonal relation questionnaire.Results:the mediation effect of perceived self-efficacy in expressing positive affect(0.14 × 0.15 = 0.02,p < 0.05) and perceived self-efficacy in managing negative affect(0.29 × 0.41= 0.12,p < 0.05) on the between the interpersonal relation and resilience play a partial mediating role(Beta = 0.27,p < 0.001).Conclusions:enhancing the level of level of resilience and mental health of college students are used by interpersonal training,emotional attribution training and regulatory emotional self-efficacy training.
