摘要
精细化是高职院校专业管理的新理念。实施精细化专业管理是提升高职院校办学水平、突出专业特色、创建专业品牌的迫切需要,也是提高人才培养质量的现实诉求。当前,我国高职院校专业管理普遍面临管理机制不健全、管理制度缺乏系统性、管理目标和要点不明晰、管理手段及方式较为落后等问题。为提升高职院校专业管理质量和效率,亟需从精细化管理视阈完善专业化管理机制,制定系统化管理制度,构建数据化管理体系,开发信息化管理平台。
Sophisticated management is a new concept of specialty management in higher vocational colleges. The implementation of sophisticated specialty management is not only an urgent need for higher vocational colleges to improve the level of running schools, highlight the major characteristics, and create specialty brands, but also a realistic demand for improving the quality of talent training. At present, specialty management in higher vocational colleges is facing some problems, such as imperfect management mechanism, the management system without systematicness, obscure management objectives, and underdeveloped management methods. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of specialty management in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to perfect the professional management mechanism, formulate the systematic management system, set up the data management system and develop the information management platform from the perspective of sophisticated management.
