摘要
科研管理工作是高校提升治理水平、促进内涵发展的重要组成部分。成人高校要结合学校的发展定位,优化科研管理服务路径,提高科研服务水平和效能,促进学校影响力的整体提升和学校内涵发展。高校内涵建设是当今时代发展对教育的要求,优化科研管理服务路径是高校内涵建设的重要组成部分。成人高校在科研管理服务内涵建设中还存在着一些问题:科研管理与服务理念需要更新;科研管理制度不够完善;科研平台少,整体科研能力有待提升;科研成果创新性不足,影响力不高;缺乏科学合理的评价体系等。成人高校科研管理要基于内涵建设,从以下方面优化服务路径:实现精细化管理,创新服务理念;加强制度建设,推进科研工作规范化;发挥科研引领作用,助力学校内涵发展;加强内部研究力量,打造高质量研究团队;整合内外部资源,完善学术交流机制;强化科研平台建设,提升科研影响力;加大科研经费投入,强化外部保障;积极探索实践,健全考核体系等。
Scientific research management is an important part of colleges and universities to improve the level of governance and promote connotative development.Based on the strategic positioning,adult colleges should optimize the path of scientific research management,improve the level and efficiency of scientific research services and promote the development of school connotation.Connotative construction is the requirement of the times for education.However,problems still exist in the connotative construction in adult colleges.The concept of research management and services needs to be updated.The research management system is not complete.There are fewer scientific research platforms and the overall scientific research ability needs to be improved.Through analysis,the writer puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the path of scientific research management services,including implementing a gridded management model,innovating service concept,strengthening system construction,building a high-quality research team,increasing investment in scientific research,improving the assessment system and so on.
