摘要
阐述针对科研管理服务平台的现状,提出基于大数据技术的科研管理服务平台优化对策,包括挖掘与整合数据资源、扩大科研服务的效应、引进大数据技术手段优化科研管理服务平台应用、建立管理体系保障平台、创建科学规范。
This paper describes the current situation of scientific research management service platforms and proposes strategies for optimizing scientific research management service platforms based on big data technology,including mining and integrating data resources,expanding the effectiveness of scientific research services,introducing big data technology to optimize the application of scientific research management service platforms,establishing management system guarantee platforms,and creating scientific norms.
