摘要
职业院校行政管理中面临工作计划脱离实际、职能分工不够科学、人职匹配较为混乱、管理责任隐性转移、过程管理机制缺失、绩效考核虚化等困境,这是由目标形成机制、制度文化建设、管理机构设置、信息化管理基础和学校发展阶段等多方面原因造成的。对此,职业院校行政管理绩效水平的提升可以从如下几方面着手:制订职业院校管理队伍发展规划,全面开展管理人员培训,建设专业化管理创新团队;完善职业院校管理绩效考核机制,促进管理标准化与信息化深度融合;在实现管理标准化的基础上,积极运用现代化信息技术手段,推进数据采集的源头化、数据处理的自动化、数据显示的可视化,实现规范性与高效性的统一、真实性与精确性的统一、创新性与服务性的统一。
The performance administration for vocational schools face with the predicaments of workplan derealization,functional division lacking of scientificity,disordered matching of personnel and positions,hidden transfer of management responsibility,process management mechanism lacking and the fuzziness of performance assessment,etc.Objective formation mechanism,institutional culture construction,management organization setting,information management foundation and school development stage are deep reasons caused the above phenomenon.It is suggested to formulate vocational school management team development plan,carry out administrative personnel training in an all-round way,and build a professional management innovation team;to improve the management performance evaluation mechanism of vocational school and promote the deep integration of management standardization and informationization;on the basis of management standardization,to apply modern information technology in source data collection,data processing automation,data visualization,which will facilitate the standardization and unification and efficiency,authenticity and accuracy of the unity,innovation and service,to further promote the dual system education of modern apprenticeships.
