摘要
高校行政管理人员工作胜任力现状访谈和问卷调查发现,其优势胜任力集中在管理能力和管理行为等显性方面,隐性工作态度方面尚有欠缺;教育视野、民主责任是高校行政管理的特殊要求。胜任力对工作绩效(任务绩效、人际促进、工作奉献)有程度不同的预测作用。高校人事选拔与评价要提高科学性,行政人员培训要提高针对性。
Employing the questionnaire, the study explores the characteristics and ditter- ences of the administrative staff competence. It finds that the advantage of competency main- ly demonstrate on such explicit aspects as the management capacity and behavior; however, there are some flaws in implicit aspects. Education view and democratic responsibility are the specific requirements of administration in higher education institutions. And the competence could predict the job performance of administrative staff in some extent. Then it should en- hance scientificity of the personnel selection and evaluation, and reinforce the pertinence of administrative staff train.
