摘要
本文首先探讨高校中层领导干部绩效考核的特殊性和必要性,而后分析了当前高校中层领导干部绩效考核中存在的问题和造成这些问题的原因,最后针对存在的问题提出了具有针对性的对策,认为应从在合理配置考核主体的组成结构、构建科学合理的绩效考核指标体系、维护考核周期的完整性和连续性、建立考核结果的利用机制这四个方面入手,提升绩效考核的实际效果。
This paper firstly discussed the particularity and necessity of the performance appraisal of middle-level leading cadres in colleges and universities,then analyzed the problems existing in current performance appraisal and the reasons behind them,and finally put forward targeted countermeasures.It was considered that we should reasonably allocate the composition structure of appraisal subjects,build a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal index system,maintain the integrity and continuity of appraisal cycle,and establish the utilization mechanism of appraisal results,so as to improve the actual effect of performance appraisal.
