摘要
基于全国31省(区、市)2014-2018年家庭农场监测数据,对家庭农场的用工行为及其特征进行统计描述分析,并尝试从劳动力市场不完善的视角对相关特征进行剖析。研究发现:约3/4的家庭成员在农场工作,除农场主外还有2名家庭成员投入农场;60%的农场有常年雇工,平均雇用4个常年雇工;80%的农场雇用临时雇工;雇工年龄逐年增大;50%以上的农场主没考虑过自己退休后如何处置农场,至少1/3的人准备让子女继承,10%左右的人准备给其他人经营。这些特征很大程度上源于家庭农场对劳动力市场不完善的应对。下一步,应完善农业劳动力市场,加快农民职业化步伐。
Based on the monitoring data of family farms in 31 provinces(districts and cities) from 2014 to 2018, this paper makes a statistical description and analysis of the employment behavior and characteristics of family farms, and attempts to make a preliminary analysis of the relevant characteristics from the perspective of imperfect labor market. It is found that about 3/4 of the family members work in the farm, and in addition to the farmers, there are two other family members put into the farm;60% of the farms have permanent employees, with an average of four permanent employees;80% of the farms employ temporary employees;the age of the employees increases year by year;more than 50% of the farmers do not consider how to deal with the farm after retirement, at least 1/3 of them are ready to inherit to their children, and about 10% of them are ready to inherit people are going to run it for others. These characteristics are largely the response of family farms to the imperfection of the labor market. Next, we should improve the agricultural labor market and accelerate the pace of agricultural professionalization.
