摘要
农业雇工管理是土地流转后农户开展适度规模经营的重要经营管理问题,对提升适度规模经营主体的经营管理水平和推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。基于广西芒果适度规模经营农场的田野调查数据,采用比较分析和总结归纳等方法,将农业雇工管理模式归纳为“固定工为主,临时雇工为辅”模式、“固定工为辅,临时雇工为主”模式和“承包制”模式三种典型模式,并基于雇工管理所面临的问题和困境,提出基于“科技+雇工”的创新路径、“市场+雇工”的创新路径、“服务+雇工”的创新路径、“组织+雇工”的创新路径的农业雇工管理的创新路径。
The management of agricultural employment is an important issue of operation and management for farmers to carry out moderate scale operation after land transfer,which is of great significance to improve the operation and management level of moderate scale business entities and promote rural revitalization.Based on the field survey data of Guangxi Mango’s moderate scale farms,this paper adopt the methods of comparative analysis and summary to summarize three typical management modes of agricultural employment as“permanent workers as the main,temporary workers as the auxiliary”mode,“permanent workers as the main,temporary workers as the auxiliary”mode and“contract system”mode,and based on the issues and dilemmas faced by the management of employees,which proposed“technology+employees”“market+employe es”“service+employees”“organization+employees”innovative approaches to the management of agricultural employment management.
