摘要
农村基础设施投资是农民增收的有效途径之一,是解决"三农"问题的有效手段之一。文章主要采取了理论分析和对比分析相结合的方法,对农村基础设施投融资问题进行历史分析。并确定农村基础设施投资模式的选择标准,从基础设施的性质、经济发展、经济效率和公平性四个方面,分析比较了社会主义新农村建设中基础设施的投资模式。最后,提出新农村建设中基础设施的投资模式选择的对策。
Investment on rural infrastructure is a particularly effective way to increase farmers income and one of the effective means to solve the ＂ three issues in rural＂. The thesis makes a history analysis on investment and financing of rural infrastructnre. And we will set the selection criteria to investment mode of infrastructure, then we will analyze and compare the investment mode of infrastructure in the building of new country from characteristic, economic development,efficiency and faire, Finally the thesis proposed countermeasures to choose infrastructure investment mode under new rural construction in China.
