摘要
"社会工作价值与伦理"作为社会工作的核心专业课程,在专业课程体系中起基础和引导作用,其教学效果直接影响学生实务实践的价值选择和伦理坚守。本文从课程教学现状入手,分析教与学的问题,通过对非指导性教学模式的理论思考和实践应用,为社会工作价值与伦理课程教学改革提供新策略。
As one of the core courses of the social work major,Social Work Value and Ethic plays a basic and guiding role in the professional course system.The teaching effect of the course directly affects students'value and ethical choice in social work practice.Starting with an analysis of the current situation of the course,this article explores the issues about teaching and learning.It provides a new strategy for this course by theoretical thinking and practical application of non-directive teaching theory.
