摘要
基于目前皮革行业企业在国家新发展理念及“一带一路”倡议下转型升级过程中,对人才及其素质需求的调研和对轻化工程专业(皮革模块)人才培养的思考和讨论,探索、实践和树立了“皮革文化节”“皮革讲堂”“皮革实验班”和“皮革加工技能竞赛”4大品牌,初步地回答了我校轻化工程专业(皮革模块)“为谁培养人”“怎么样培养人”和“培养什么样的人”的师生之问,并以其引领专业建设和人才培养全过程,激发和提升了学生对专业的兴趣,实现了全过程的产教融合培养,为行业培养出了“厚基础、宽视野、强能力和善创新”的应用型人才。
Based on the market research of the needs of talents and their innovation capabilities for current transformation&upgrading tanneries and the analysis and discussion of personnel training of light chemical engineering speciality(leather engineering)on the condition of National new development concept and"the Belt and Road"initiative,"Leather cultural festival""Leather lecture""Leather experimental class""Competition of leather processing skills"were explored,practised and established.The four brands tentatively answered the question of"Training talents for whom""How to training talents""Training what kind of talents"in light chemical engineering speciality of Jiaxing University.The four brands also lead the professional building and the whole processing of personnel training,which not only stimulate and improve the students'interest in speciality,but also realize the personnel training integration of production and education in whole time,so as to have trained the applied talents having the characteristics of thick foundation,wide field of view,strong power and good at innovation for leather industry.
