“研讨式、项目化”方法在“皮革整饰化学及工艺学”课程教学中的实践 被引量:12

摘要 基于目前皮革企业对人才及其创新能力需求的调研和对轻化工程专业(皮革模块)核心课程之一--《皮革整饰化学及工艺学》的教学内容、传统教学方法和教学效果的分析,在该课程的教学方法、考核方法方面进行了改革和实践。通过采用研讨式和项目化的教学方法,将"碎片化"的知识讲解与研讨、有机串联并运用于项目方案的设计与实践之中。实践结果表明:该项课程改革有效地激发与培养了学生对专业的兴趣,提升了对专业的再认识,将其所学的专业课程知识用之于实践,增强了其创新能力。 Based on the market research of the needs of talents and their innovation capabilities for current tanneries and analysis of teaching contents, traditional teaching methods and its effects in "chemistry &technology of re-taning, dying, fat-liquoring and finishing of leather" which is one of important courses of light chemical engineering profession( leather-making), the reform and practice in term of teaching methods, assessment methods were applied to the course. By the methods of deliberative teaching, item-based teachi ng, the fragmentation knowledge of the course were explained , discussed, put together in a coherent manner and applied to the design & practice of the formulation of some projects. Results show that the teaching methods can effectively stimulate the interest for the profession ,upgrade the recognition for the profession and enhance the students' innovation capabilities by combining the theory knowledge of the course with the practice.
