摘要
分析了开放实验平台的内涵,阐述了建立开放实验平台的必要性,建立开放实验平台是深化实验教学改革的需要,是理论与实践相结合的需要,是实现资源共享、多学科交叉融合的需要,是"双一流"建设的需要。文章以皮革化学与工程教育部重点实验室为例,对开放实验平台有助于培养皮革学科创新型人才展开了讨论,并提出了建立完善的仪器使用维护等规章制度、加强安全教育培训、加强实验技能培养和技术队伍建设、加强校企合作等方面的有效安全管理机制,以便完善开放实验平台的安全管理,培养皮革学科创新型人才。
The content and necessity of opening laboratory platform have been analyzed.Construction of opening laboratory platform is the key to deepening experimental teaching reform,combining theory with practice,realizing resource sharing and interdisciplinary cross-integration,“double first-class”construction.According to the practical experience in the key Laboratory of Leather Chemistry and Engineering of Ministry of Education,the paper explores construction of opening laboratory platform contributing to cultivate innovative talents,and puts forward the following effective safety management mechanism:constructing perfect rules and regulations,enhancing safety education training,strengthening the construction of laboratory technician team,strengthening the cooperation of university-enterprises,so as to improve safety management and cultivate innovative talents.
