摘要
根据铜电解精炼原理和添加剂的作用机理,本文介绍了废杂铜电解作业参数,研究了添加剂的使用方法。其间按照电解工艺流程,结合生产实践和杂铜生产的阳极铜成分,分析电解精炼过程中主要作业参数(电解液成分、电解液循环速度、电流密度)的选择,研究了杂铜电解添加剂用量对阴极铜质量的影响和电流密度对添加剂添加量的影响。
According to the principle of copper electrolytic refining and the action mechanism of additives,this paper introduced the operating parameters of waste copper electrolysis and studied the use of additives.In the meantime,in accordance with the electrolytic process,combined with the production practices and the anode copper components of mixed copper production,the selection of the main operating parameters(electrolyte composition,electrolyte circulation speed,current density)in the electrolytic refining process was analyzed,the effects of the amount of heterogeneous copper electrolytic additives on the quality of copper cathode and the effect of current density on the amount of additives were studied.
