电解铜箔毛面色差质量问题的分析与改进

摘要 江铜铜箔公司在电解铜箔的生产过程中,由于毛面色差问题造成铜箔产品降级数量达到207 t,影响品级率为0.83%,针对该问题,对毛面色差问题的产生原因和改进措施进行了深入研究。分析查明,导致毛面色差的主要原因是清理喷头故障、喷淋杆固定支架位置设计不合理、淋连接软管易弯折影响水流、DI管道管壁滋生细菌,并对此采取相应整改措施。经改进后,箔面毛面色差降级率明显降低,由改造前的0.83%(2021年降级率)降至0.15%(2022年降级率),实现2022年全年减少色差原因降级117.1 t,取得了显著的经济效益。 During the production process of electrolytic copper foil at Jiangtong Copper Foil Company,due to the issue of color difference on the rough surface,the degradation quantity of copper foil products reached 207 tons,affecting the grade rate of 0.83%.In response to this problem,in-depth research was conducted on the causes of color difference on the rough surface and improvement measures.Analysis has identified that the main reasons for the color difference of the rough surface are the failure of the cleaning nozzle,the unreasonable design of the fixed bracket position of the spray rod,the easy bending of the connecting hose that affects the water flow,and the growth of bacteria on the DI pipeline wall.Corresponding corrective measures have been taken to address this issue.After improvement,the degradation rate of the color difference on the surface of the foil has significantly decreased,from 0.83%(2021 degradation rate)before the transformation to 0.15%(2022 degradation rate),achieving a reduction of 117.1 tons in color difference reasons for the entire year of 2022,and achieving significant economic benefits.
