摘要 结合贵溪冶炼厂铜电解车间生产实践,针对铜电解系统出装槽生产现场原有输酸管路布局的限制与不足之处进行创新改造,以每个电解槽体配备的输酸管路与阀门控制为设计思路,以厂房现有的设备布局为设计框架,拆除原有橡胶软管,改装聚丙烯输酸管路与控制阀门。输酸管路优化改造之后,通过日常生产运行的观察,大幅减少了环保、安全、操作、维护等生产方面的隐患,效果十分显著。 Combined with the production practice of copper electrolytic workshop in Guixi Smelter,this paper inno-vates and renovates the limitations and shortcomings of the original acid pipe layout in the production site of copper electrolytic system outlet tank,takes the control of acid pipe and valve equipped with each electrolytic tank as the design idea,takes the existing equipment layout of the plant as the design framework,removes the original rubber hose and refits the polypropylene acid pipe and control valve.After the optimization and transformation of acid transport pipeline,through the observation of daily production operation,hidden dangers in environmental protec-tion,safety,operation,maintenance and other aspects of production have been greatly reduced,and the effect is very significant.
