摘要
针对低浓度含金溶液,研究了以旋流电积法一步电积金,考察了溶液浓度、电流密度、溶液pH等条件对Au^(3+)电积析出的影响。结果表明:对于2 L碱性电解液,在金质量浓度5 mg/L、电流密度20 A/m^(2)、电积时间2.0 h条件下,电积效果较好,金析出率达94.66%,溶液中Au^(3+)质量浓度可降至0.267 mg/L,耗电量为6.72 kW·h。旋流电积法可用于从低浓度溶液中回收金。
The one-step cyclone electrowinning of gold using low concentration gold-containing solution was investigated.The effects of solution concentration,current density,solution pH and other conditions on electrowinning precipitation of Au^(3+)were examined.The results show that for 2 L alkaline electrolyte,the electrowinning efficiency is best under the conditions of gold mass concentration of 5 mg/L,current density of 20 A/m^(2) and electrowinning time of 2.0 h.The gold exhalation rate reachs 94.66%,and the Au^(3+)mass concentration in the solution reduces to 0.267 mg/L with a power consumption of 6.72 kW·h.The cyclone electrowinning can be used to recover gold from low concentration solutions.
