摘要
明胶是影响阴极铜质量的关键因素。本文定义了铜电解中明胶对阴极铜作用强度为P= [(1/ Rn)2+ (1/σ)2]1/2, 用GFC法分析了明胶的分子量及多分散度。用霍尔试验得出了明胶的作用强度和时间及温度的关系。提出了明胶的作用强度受明胶的分子量、多分散度的影响, 并依此机理将传统的添加剂配方进行了改进。
Abstract: Gelatin is a key factor of influence on the quality of cathode copper. The effect of gelatin on cathode copper was defined as P =[(1/ R n) 2+(1/ σ ) 2] 1/2 . Molecule number of gelatin was analyzed by GFC method, and with Hull experiment, the effect of gelatin related to time and temperature was concluded. The gelatin effect depending on its molecule number and dispersion of molecule weight was proposed.
