摘要 对于铜和酸浓度相对稳定的铜电解系统来说,添加剂是影响阴极铜质量的主要因素。然而,目前铜电解生产中主要还是通过观察阴极的沉积状况,凭经验控制添加剂的加入量。准确测定电解液中添加剂的浓度,将有助于通过控制和调节添加剂的最佳浓度,在高电流密度下获得致密光滑的阴极铜产品。笔者介绍了铜电解液中明胶、硫脲、氯离子的测定方法以及通过控制阴极过电位对添加剂的控制方法。 Additives is the main factor that affect the quality of cathodic copper in the system of electrolytic copper in which the concentration of copper and acid is relatively stable. The condition of cathodic is used to control the amount of additives in the electrolytic copper production process. If the concentration of additives can be determined accurately, it will be useful of controlling and regulating the best concentration of additives and get the tight smooth copper cathodic products in the high current density. This paper introduces the determination methods of the gelatin, thiourea, chloride ion in copper electrolyte and the control-method of the additives by controlling the cathodic over-potential.
