摘要
目的:运用文献计量学的方法探讨国内外日间病房的发展现状、动态前沿、研究热点以及国家间的合作等特点,以期为我国日间病房的开展提供参考及信息支持。方法:计算机检索中国知网期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库,查找国内外关于日间病房研究的文献。运用Excel 2013提取文献的基本信息,从检索文献量、国家分布、期刊、研究机构、作者、研究热点和国家间的合作等方面进行分析。结果:共纳入国内外日间病房研究文献7 009篇。国际上日间病房研究的国家共有110个,主要集中在欧美地区,发文量居前列的国家主要有美国、英国和德国等,其中美国的发文量最多,与其他国家的合作最紧密。2012年始国内外日间病房研究文献逐年增加,且国外增长趋势总体较国内快。国外日间病房研究文献的期刊分布种类和被引频次明显多于国内。当前日间病房的研究热点主要集中于日间手术、护理管理和日间化疗等。国外日间病房研究的机构主要有伦敦大学,国内主要有四川大学华西医院。结论:日间病房研究是当前医学研究中的热点,在医学研究领域呈现"欣欣向荣"的发展趋势,欧美地区处于主导地位。国内日间病房研究水平与国外差距较大,主要体现在文献的数量、被引用频次以及其他国家间的合作等方面。
Objective: In order to provide reference and information support for the development of the day ward in China, bibliometrics was used to explore the development status, dynamic frontier, research hotspot and cooperation between countries of the day ward at home and abroad. Method: Computer retrieval of CNKI and Web of Science database to find domestic and foreign literature on the study of day ward. Excel 2013 was used to extract the basic information of the literature and analyze the literature quantity, country distribution, journals, research institutions, authors, research hotspots and cooperation between countries. Result: A total of 7 009 articles from 110 countries were retrieved. Most of the articles came from European and North America, among which America was No1 in publishing ambulatory ward literatures and had the most frequent collaboration with other countries, which including England, Germany and Italy etc. Since 2012, the research literature on day wards at home and abroad has been increasing year by year, and the overall growth trend in foreign countries is faster than that in China. Regarding distribution of journals and citation times ambulatory ward literatures were obviously more than domestic. The research highlights of international and domestic literatures focused on ambulatory surgery, nursing management and daytime chemotherapy. The institutions of foreign ambulatory ward research were mainly the University of London, and the main domestic was the West China Hospital, Sichuan University. Conclusion: Ambulatory ward is a big hot spot in current medical research, which is led by European and North America countries. The research level of ambulatory ward in our country is relatively lower than international countries, for fewer published articles, citation times and collaborations with other countries.
