摘要
日间病房作为一种新型诊疗服务模式,是世界医学发展的大趋势,其收治对象主要包括短期治疗、观察、住院手术的患者,对患者介于住院与门诊之间存在的问题进行探索与解决,并根据临床实施经验与检索相关文献,对日间病房实施管理中存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,为日间病房诊疗模式的实施提供科学依据,以期减轻患者住院经济负担,提高社会医疗资源利用率。
As a new service model for diagnosis and treatment, the day ward is the main trend in the development of the world’s medical science. Its hospitalized object include short-term treatment, observation, and hospitalization patients. To explore and solve the problems between hospitalization and outpatient service. Conduct exploration and solution, and analyze some problems in the implementation management of day wards according to clinical implementation experience and related documents, and put forward the corresponding solutions, provide scientific basis for the implementation of daytime ward diagnosis and treatment mode. In order to reduce the patient’s hospital economic burden and improve the utilization of social medical resources.
