摘要
介绍了浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院通过智慧化医疗服务、推行日间手术、实施急慢性病分治、畅通急诊绿色通道、构建院内应急救治系统、科学管理住院床位等举措，合理调配诊疗资源的做法，指出要进一步全面贯彻落实《改善医疗服务行动计划》，提高医疗资源的有效使用率，实现群众满意的目标。
By means of smart medical services, day surgery, separation of acute and chronic diseases,green passage for emergency patients, in-house emergency rescue system, and optimization of hospital beds, Sir Run Run Shaw hospital has optimized its medical resources. As pointed by the authors, Healtheare Improvement Initiative can be further implemented in a larger scale to make such resources more efficient and better meet the people＇s needs.
