摘要
目的探讨兰州市开展日间手术的临床应用价值。方法选取甘肃省人民医院2017年7月1日—2019年7月1日日间诊疗中心经手术治疗的患者为研究对象,从手术病种、住院时间、住院费用等方面对日间手术治疗模式进行初步探讨。结果腹腔镜下胆囊切除术、白内障晶体超声乳化+人工晶体植入术、乳腺良性肿瘤切除术、大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术和肛瘘切除术开展日间手术模式,与非开展日间手术模式相比,平均住院天数明显缩短、平均住院费用及药费减少。结论兰州市开展日间手术人均住院日明显缩短、平均住院费用及平均药费下降,为提高医疗资源的使用效率及实现患者快速康复发挥积极作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of day surgery in city of Lanzhou.Methods Choosing the patients treated by operation in the Ambulatory Surgery and Chemotherapy Centre of Gansu Province People's Hospital from July 1,2017 to July 1,2019 as the research objects,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the mode of day surgery from the aspects of surgical disease,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,etc.Results Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,phacoemulsification with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,benign breast tumor resection,high saphenous vein ligation and stripping operation,and anal fistula resection were performed.Compared to the non-day surgery model,the average length of hospital stay was significantly shortened.Hospitalization expenses and drug costs were reduced.Conclusion In Lanzhou,the per capita hospitalization days for day surgery were significantly shortened,and the average hospitalization cost and average medicine cost decreased,which played an active role in improving the efficiency of medical resources and achieving rapid rehabilitation.
