层级岗位管理模式在急诊护士管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的在急诊护士管理中,采用不同管理方案,总结与探究层级岗位管理模式实施效果、优异性。方法自2020年1月—2021年1月选取32名在该院急诊科进行工作的护理人员,按照随机方案将工作人员进行分组,每组16名。对其实施不同管理模式,将其分别命名为管理A组与管理B组。管理A组对护理人员实施常规管理,管理B组对护理人员实施层级岗位管理。总结与探究管理A组与管理B组实施效果、优异性。结果①管理后,管理A组与管理B组工作质量评分均有所改善,与管理前相比,管理质量评分有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,管理A组与管理B组相比,工作质量评分结果较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②管理前,管理A组与管理B组SDS、SAS评分结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,管理A组与管理B组SDS、SAS评分结果对比有所改善,与管理前相比,均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,管理A组与管理B组SAS、SDS评分结果对照,前者分值较高,后者分值较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③管理A组与管理B组护理满意评分结果对照,前者数值较低、后者数值较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护士管理中,层级岗位管理模式实施效果优异,可提高护理管理效果,此方案值得临床应用与普及。 Objective In the management of emergency nurses,use different management schemes to summarize and explore the effect and excellence of the hierarchical post management mode.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,32 nursing staff working in the emergency department of the hospital were selected,and the staff were divided into groups according to a random plan,and each group was divided into 16 nursing staff.Implement different management modes for them,and name them management A group and management B group respectively.The management group A implemented routine management for nursing staff,and the management group B implemented hierarchical post management for nursing staff.Summarized and explored the implementation effects and excellence of management group A and management group B.Results 1.After the management,the work quality scores of the management A group and the management B group were improved.Compared with the pre-management,the management quality score was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the work quality score of the management group A was lower than that of the management group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the SDS scores and SAS scores of the management group A and the management group B before management(P>0.05).The comparison between the SDS scores and SAS scores of the management group A and the management group B after management and before management improved.Compared with the pre-management,the SDS score and SAS score results were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the SAS score and SDS scores of the management A group and the management B group were compared.The former had a higher score and the latter had a lower score,the difference was statistically significantt(P<0.05).3.Comparison of nursing satisfaction score results between management group A and management group
