摘要
目的对急诊科护士职业倦怠感、心理健康及睡眠质量的相关性进行分析探讨。方法2021年1—3月抽取该院急诊科70名护士作为观察组,抽取其他科室的180名护士作为对照组,以护士职业倦怠感量表(nursing burnout scale,NBS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)对护士的职业倦怠感、心理健康及睡眠质量相关性进行评价。结果观察组的NBS、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SAS评分与NBS总分、NBS量表的常见压力源、PSQI评分呈正相关,NBS量表中的生理心理症状同PSQI评分呈正相关。结论护士的职业倦怠感同心理健康水平、睡眠质量密切相关,与其他科室相比,急诊护士的职业倦怠感、心理健康水平、睡眠质量更差。
Objective To analyze the correlation among nurses'job burnout,mental health and sleep quality in emergency department.Methods From January to March 2021,70 nurses from the emergency department of the hospital were selected as the observation group,and 180 nurses from other departments were selected as the control group.the nurse burnout scale(NBS)and anxiety self-rating scale(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)are related to nurses’job burnout,mental health and sleep quality evaluation.Results The NBS,SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score was positively correlated with the total score of NBS,the common stressors of the NBS scale,and the PSQI score.The physiological and psychological in the NBS scale symptoms were positively correlated with PSQI score.Conclusion The job burnout of nurses is closely related to the level of mental health and sleep quality.Compared with other departments,the job burnout,mental health and sleep quality of emergency nurses are worse.
