摘要
目的:分析在医德医风档案建设过程中医院医务人员心理健康与职业倦怠感、应对方式、主观幸福感的相关性。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月某院的102名医务人员为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自量表(SDS)、Maslach职业倦怠感量表-服务行业版(MBI-HSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、主观幸福感量表(GWB)调查并分析医德医风档案建设过程中医务人员的心理健康、职业倦怠感、应对方式、主观幸福感现状,采用Pearson相关性分析心理健康与职业倦怠感、应对方式、主观幸福感的相关性。结果:医德医风档案建设过程中医务人员的SAS评分为45.17±6.19分,其中轻度和中度焦虑分别占比8.82%和1.96%,SDS评分为48.05±6.03分,其中轻度和中度抑郁分别占比10.78%和1.96%;医德医风档案建设过程中医务人员情感衰竭评分为12.23±5.11分,其中轻度和中度占比分别为35.29%和64.71%,情感淡漠评分为4.25±1.49分,轻度和中度占比分别为82.35%和17.65%,个人成就感评分为37.00±5.00分,轻度、中度和重度占比分别为33.33%、65.69%和0.98%;医德医风档案建设过程中医务人员积极应对评分为23.17±5.11分,消极应对评分为10.77±2.65分;医德医风档案建设过程中医务人员GWB各维度评分分别为3.92±1.13分、8.10±2.45分、18.09±5.48分、15.00±4.43分、14.46±2.54分、17.29±4.15分;Pearson相关性分析显示,SAS评分与情感衰竭、情感淡漠、消极应对均呈显著正相关(r=0.436,0.338,0.389;P<0.05),与个人成就感、积极应对及GWB各维度均呈显著负相关(r=-0.259,-0.556,-0.391,-0.371,-0.337,-0.350,-0.316,-0.309;P<0.05);SDS评分评分与情感衰竭、情感淡漠、消极应对均呈显著正相关(r=0.336,0.335,0.497;P<0.05),与个人成就感、积极应对及GWB各维度均呈显著负相关(r=-0.217,-0.534,-0.287,-0.321,-0.321,-0.405,-0.207,-0.240;P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,情感衰竭与积极应对、对生活满足和兴�
Objective:To analyze the correlation between mental health and job burnout,coping style,and subjective well-being of medical staff in the process of medical ethics archives construction.Methods:A total of 102 medical staff in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS),Maslach job burnout scale service industry version(MBI-HSS),simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and subjective well-being scale(GWB)were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of mental health,job burnout,coping style and subjective well-being of Chinese medical staff during the construction of medical ethics archives in our hospital.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between mental health and job burnout,coping style and subjective well-being.Results:During the construction of medical ethics archives,the SAS score of medical staff was(45.17±6.19),in which mild and moderate anxiety accounted for 8.82%and 1.96%respectively,and SDS score was(48.05±6.03),in which mild and moderate depression accounted for 10.78%and 1.96%respectively;During the construction of medical ethics archives,the score of emotional exhaustion of medical personnel was(12.23±5.11)points,of which the proportion of mild and moderate was 35.29%and 64.71%respectively,the score of emotional indifference was(4.25±1.49)points,the proportion of mild and moderate was 82.35%and 17.65%respectively,the score of personal accomplishment was(37.00±5.00)points,and the proportion of mild,moderate and severe was 33.33%,65.69%and 0.98%respectively;During the construction of medical ethics archives,the positive coping score of medical personnel was(23.17±5.11),and the negative coping score was(10.77±2.65);During the construction of medical ethics archives,the scores of medical staff GWB in each dimension were(3.92±1.13),(8.10±2.45),(18.09±5.48),(15.00±4.43),(14.46±2.54)and(17.29±4.15)respectively;Pearson correlation analysis showed that
