摘要
目的:了解社区老年人衰弱及康复知信行现状,分析社区老年人的衰弱情况、社会支持以及康复知信行之间的关系。方法:于2023年7-10月选取804名黑龙江省社区老年人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、衰弱量表、社会支持评定量表及自行设计的社区老年人康复知信行调查表进行调查。结果:(1)社区老年人衰弱率为16.91%,衰弱前期率为32.34%;康复知识维度得分率为68.09%,信念维度得分率为73.85%,行为维度得分率为64.88%。(2)社区老年人的衰弱情况能够显著负向预测康复知信行(B=-0.266,P<0.01);社会支持能够显著正向预测康复知信行(B=0.084,P<0.001);衰弱情况能够显著负向预测社会支持(B=-1.055,P<0.01)。(3)中介效应分析显示社区老年人的社会支持在衰弱情况与康复知信行之间有部分中介作用,中介效应值为-0.089,占总效应的33.32%。结论:社区老年人康复信念水平相对较高,知识、行为水平相对较低,社区应针对老年人的衰弱情况和社会支持水平制订个性化的衰弱康复方案,从而改善社区老年人的健康知识、信念和行为。
Objective:To understand the frailty and rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice of the elderly in the community,and to analyze the relationship between the frailty,social support and rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice.Methods:From July to October 2023,804 elderly people in community in Heilongjiang Province were selected as the research objects,and the general data questionnaire,frailty scale,social support rating scale and self-designed community elderly rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire were used.Results:①The frailty rate in community elderly was 16.91%and the pre-frailty rate was 32.34%;Rehabilitation knowledge score rate was 68.09%,attitude score rate was 73.85%and practice score rate was 64.88%.②The frailty of community elderly could significantly negatively predict rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice(B=-0.266,P<0.01);Social support could significantly predict rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice(B=0.084,P<0.001);Frailty could significantly negatively predict social support(B=-1.055,P<0.01).③The mediation effect analysis showed that the social support had some intermediary role between the frailty and the rehabilitation knowledge,attitude and practice.The effect value was-0.089,accounted for 33.32%of the total effect.Conclusion:The rehabilitation attitude level of the elderly in the community is relatively high,and the knowledge and behavior level is relatively low.The community should formulate personalized rehabilitation programs according to the frailty and social support level of the elderly,so as to improve the health knowledge,attitude and practice of the elderly in the community.
