摘要
学前教育专业人才培养质量监测体系的建构是提升高校办学质量和水平,优化教育教学计划的重要举措。当前,学前教育专业人才培养质量监测存在监测主体单一化、监测内容片面化、监测过程形式化、监测保障与反馈机制不健全等问题。为有效提升学前教育专业人才培养质量,高校应建立多维度、立体化人才质量监控评价体系,加强学前教育专业人才培养质量常态化监测,不仅要注重外部评价体系的建构和内部保障机制的确立,还需优化和完善质量监测与评价结果的反馈机制。
The construction of quality monitoring system for preschool education professional training is an important measure to improve the level of college education and optimize educational plans.At present,the quality monitoring of preschool education personnel training has some problems,such as the simplification of monitoring subject,one-sidedness of monitoring content,the formalization of monitoring process and the imperfection of monitoring guarantee and feedback mechanisms.In order to effectively improve the quality of preschool education professionals,colleges and universities should establish a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional talent quality monitoring and evaluation systems to strengthen the normal quality monitoring of preschool education professional training.Besides,it should be emphasized on not only the construction of external evaluation systems and the establishment of the internal guarantee mechanisms but also the optimization of feedback mechanism for quality monitoring and evaluation results.
