摘要
运用信息可视化软件CitespaceV,对CNKI数据库中2011-2018年间关于农村转岗幼儿教师的63篇文献进行文献计量与可视化分析发现,农村转岗幼儿教师的研究热点主要涉及农村转岗幼儿教师的培训、专业发展、职业适应三个方面。今后几年,农村转岗幼儿教师研究可以从微观的角度更为深入地进行探讨:职后培训、网络研修、职业压力、政策法规、准入制度等。
Using the information visualization software CitespaceV,this paper makes a literature measurement and visual analysis of 63 articles about rural convert-position teachers in CNKI database from 2011 to 2018. It is found that the research focus of convert-position teachers in rural kindergarten mainly involves three aspects: training, professional development and professional adaptation. In the next few years, the study of convert-position teachers can be more in-depth discussed from the micro perspective: after-service training, network training, occupational pressures, policies and regulations, and access systems.
