摘要
目的:观察疏风止咳颗粒提取物的镇咳、抗炎作用。方法:将ICR小鼠随机分为模型组、可愈糖浆组,苏黄止咳胶囊组,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组共6组。各组动物每天灌胃给予相应药物1次,连续给药5 d,末次给药1 h后采用氨水引咳法测定小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期和4 min内咳嗽次数。将筛选合格豚鼠随机分为模型组,可愈糖浆组,苏黄止咳胶囊组,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组共6组,各组动物每天灌胃给予相应药物1次,连续给药3 d,末次给药1 h后采用枸橼酸喷雾致咳法测定豚鼠咳嗽的潜伏期和6 min内咳嗽次数。将ICR小鼠随机分为模型组、地塞米松组,苏黄止咳胶囊组,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组共6组。各组动物每天灌胃给予相应药物1次,连续给药5 d。末次给药1 h后各组小鼠尾静脉注射伊文思蓝,采用毛细血管通透法比色测定吸光度值。SD大鼠随机分为模型组,阿司匹林组,苏黄止咳胶囊组,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组共6组,各组动物每天灌胃给予相应药物1次,连续给药5 d,末次给药1 h后各组大鼠左后足跖腱膜下注射体积分数1%角叉菜胶致炎,用足跖容积测定仪测量大鼠致炎前、致炎后0.5 h、1.0 h、2.0 h、4.0 h、6.0 h左后足跖容积。SD大鼠随机分为模型组,地塞米松组,苏黄止咳胶囊组,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组共6组。观察各组药物对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。结果:与模型组比较,疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组均可显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.001,0.05,0.01),明显减少氨水致咳小鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.001,0.01,0.001),且疏风止咳颗粒提取物高剂量组小鼠比苏黄止咳胶囊组小鼠的咳嗽次数明显减少(P<0.05);疏风止咳颗粒提取物高、中、低剂量组均可明显延长枸橼酸致咳豚鼠咳嗽的潜伏期(P<0.05,0.001,0.01);明显减少枸橼酸致咳豚鼠6min内
Objective:To observe the antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects of Shufeng Zhike Granule Extract.Methods:ICR mice were randomly divided into a model group,a keyu syrup group,a Suhuang Zhike Capsule group,and a high-,medium-,and low-dose Shufeng Zhike Granules group of 6 groups.Animals in each group were given the corresponding drug once a day by gavage,continuously for 5 d,and the cough latency of the mice and the number of coughs within 4 min were measured by ammonia cough method 1 hour after the last administration.The qualified guinea pigs were randomly divided into model group,Keyu syrup group,Suhuangzhike capsule group,Shufengzhike granule extract high,medium and low dose groups,a total of 6 groups,each group of animals given by intragastric administration The corresponding drug was administered once for 3 consecutive days,and 1 hour after the last administration,citric acid spray-induced cough was used to determine the latency of cough in guinea pigs and the number of coughs within 6 minutes.ICR mice were randomly divided into a model group,a dexamethasone group,a Suhuang Zhike Capsule group,and a high-,medium-,and low-dose Shufeng Zhike Granules group of 6 groups.Animals in each group were given the corresponding drug by gavage once a day,continuously for 5 d,and 1 hour after the last administration,mice in each group were injected with Evans Blue in the tail vein,and the absorbance was measured by capillary permeability method.SD rats were randomly divided into model group,aspirin group,Suhuangzhike capsule group,Shufengzhike granule extract high,medium and low dose groups of 6 groups.After 5 days of continuous administration,1 hour after the last administration,rats in each group were injected with 1%carrageenan under the plantar fascia of the left hind foot to induce inflammation.The plantar volume meter was used to measure the pre-and post-inflammation of rats.0.5 h,1.0 h,2.0 h,4.0 h,6.0 h left hind plantar volume.SD rats were randomly divided into model group,dexamethasone group,Suhuangzhike capsul
