天黄猴枣散的解热、祛痰平喘及抗惊厥作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究天黄猴枣散对实验动物解热、祛痰平喘及抗惊厥的药效作用。方法:分别建立动物的干酵母发热模型、酚红排泌模型、引喘模型及惊厥模型,分别给予天黄猴枣散高、中、低剂量处理后,测定动物体温、气管酚红浓度、致热因子、哮喘潜伏期、惊厥潜伏期、死亡潜伏期等相关实验指标。结果:与对照组比较,天黄猴枣散高、中剂量组小鼠惊厥发生的潜伏期显著延长,发热大鼠肛温的升幅显著降低,血清中IL-1、IL-6及下丘脑组织中PGE2含量显著降低,豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);天黄猴枣散高剂量组惊厥小鼠的死亡潜伏时间显著延长(P<0.05),小鼠气管酚红排泌量显著增加(P<0.05),大鼠血清TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:天黄猴枣散对实验动物显示出良好的解热、祛痰平喘及抗惊厥作用,其作用呈现一定的量效关系。 Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of Tianhuang Houzao powder in antipyretic,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma and anticonvulsant by animal experiment. Methods:Established the pathological animal model including the fever model induced by yeast, the phenol sulfonphothalein excretion test, the model of asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine and the the model of convulsion, respectively. Then administrated with high-, middle-,low-dose of Tianhuang Houzao powder, respectively, and evaluated the related index covering the anus temperature, the concentration of phenol, the pyretic cytokine, the incubation period of asthma, eclamptic and death. Results:Compared with control group, the high- and middle- dose group significantly prolong the incubation period of eelamp- tic in mice and the outbreak time of asthma in guinea pig, and apparently reduce the increasing anus temperature ( P 〈 0.05 ) in fever rat, markedly reduce the level of IL-1, IL-6 in serum and the PGE2 content in hypothalamus of the fever rat. The high dose group extend- ed the incubation period of death and elevated the concentration of phenolin mice's trachea( P 〈 0. 05 ) obviously. Meanwhile, the high dose group show an evident effect on reducing the content of TNF-ct ( P 〈 0.05 ) in serum of mice. Conclusion: Tianhuang Houzao powder shows a good therapeutic effects of antipyretic, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma and anticonvulsant in experimental animal, which shows a stable dose-dependent manner.
