摘要
对芒果苷的药效学研究表明 ,芒果苷对豚鼠组胺、乙酰胆碱混合引喘有明显延长引喘潜伏期作用 ;对小鼠浓氨水引咳可明显延长引咳潜伏期并明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数 ;对小鼠醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有明显抑制使用 ;
To investigate the pharmacodynamics of mangiferin,the ast hma test caused by histamine and acetylcholine in guinea pig,cough test aqua amm oniae-induced,permeation of capillary vessel,emission of phenol red in mice trachea were examined,The results showed that mangiferin prolonged markly the incubat ion period of asthma and cough and decreascd cough times,inhibited the permeatio n of capillary vessel causcd by acetic acid and increased the emission of phenol red.
