摘要
目的:比较不同产地僵蚕和炒僵蚕中草酸铵的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为色谱柱:Diamonsil 5μC_(18) 250×4.6mm Dikma;流动相:磷酸氢二铵水溶液(5g·L^(-1),pH 5.30);流速:0.5 mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:214nm。结果:草酸铵在15.0~150.01μg·ml^(-1)范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998(n=6),平均加样回收率为97.07%,RSD=2.67% (n=9)。结论:炮制僵蚕中草酸铵的含量普遍低于僵蚕生品;僵蚕生品中草酸铵的含量2.21%~5.82%,炮制品2.31%~5.78%。
Objective: To determine the content of oxalic acid ammonium from Bombyx moil Linnaeusin in different districts by HPLC. Methods: A HPLC method with a column of Diamonsil 5μ C18 250× 4.6 mm Dikma and ammonium monohydric phosphate solution (5 g· L^-1 in pH 5.30 ) as the mobile phase were employed. The flow rate was set at 0.5 mL· min^-1 The detection wave-lenghth was set at 214 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃. Results: Calibration curve was linear in the range of 15.0 to 150.0μg·mL^-1 with the regression coefficient of 0.998. The average recovery was 97.07 % (RSD=2.67 %, n=9). Conclusions: The content of oxalic acid ammonium in processed samples is lower than the unprocessed ones. The content of unprocessed is between 2.21% and 5.82 % and processed is between 2.31% and 5.78 %.
