摘要
针对A公司外排白烟造成的感官污染和环保压力问题,提出合理的烟气消白方案。对于各车间外排烟气采取集中收集冷却降温来实现烟气消白,循环洗涤液通过板式冷却器降温;对于干燥窑外排烟气通过冷却降温来实现烟气消白,循环洗涤液通过板式冷却器降温;对于烟化炉外排烟气通过加装组合净化塔并降温循环洗涤液的方式实现烟气消白。
Aiming at the sensory pollution and environmental pressure caused by the white smoke discharged from company A,a reasonable smoke whitening scheme was proposed.For the exhaust gas outside each workshop,centralized collection and cooling are used to achieve the fume whitening,and the circulating washing liquid is cooled by the plate cooler;For the exhaust gas outside the drying kiln,the fume is whitened by cooling,and the circulating washing liquid is cooled by a plate cooler;The flue gas outside the flue gas furnace is equipped with a combined purification tower and cooling circulating washing liquid to achieve the fume whitening.
