摘要
在高温高压井钻井作业中,高温会导致钻井液性能和化学稳定性的下降、设备的强度、刚度等机械性能变差,密封件性能及寿命降低,同时高温钻井液挥发量大,作业环境恶化。为了对钻井液进行冷却降温,降低钻井循环温度,达到提升钻井液体系抗温组别的目的,研制了钻井液海水冷却器。海洋钻井平台有取之不竭的海水作为冷却介质,冷却处理成本极为低廉。进行了钻井液海水冷却器热交换过程的设计计算以及现场应用测试,达到了现场应用效果。
During the development of high temperature and high pressure wells,high temperature causes the performance of drilling fluid to deteriorate,the mechanical properties of the equipment deteriorates,the performance and life of the seal are be reduced,and the high temperature drilling fluid has a large amount of volatilization and the working environment deteriorates.In order to cool down the drilling fluid,reduce the drilling cycle temperature,and improve the temperature resistance group of the drilling fluid system,a drilling fluid seawater cooler is developed.The offshore drilling platform has inexhaustible seawater as the cooling medium,and the cooling treatment cost is extremely low.The design calculation and field application test of the drilling fluid seawater cooler heat exchange process are carried out to achieve the field application effect.
