摘要
目的:探讨寒喘祖帕颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证患者的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月该院收治的96例支气管哮喘寒哮证患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组予以丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、细胞因子[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分和IgE、VEGF、IL-4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ACT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:寒喘祖帕颗粒联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗支气管哮喘寒哮证患者可改善中医证候积分,提高治疗总有效率,控制病情进展,降低IgE、VEGF及IL-4水平,安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate effects of Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray in treatment of bronchial asthma patients with cold syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with bronchial asthma and cold syndrome admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each.The control group was treated with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the asthma control test(ACT)score,the cytokine levels[immunoglobulin E(IgE),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and interleukin-4(IL-4)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and the levels of IgE,VEGF and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 81.25%(39/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ACT score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hanchuan Zupa granules combined with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of the bronchial asthma patients with cold syndrome can improve the TCM syndrome score,improve the total effective rate of treatment,control the progression of the disease,reduce the levels of IgE,VEGF and IL-4,and have good safety.
