摘要
泥水盾构对于地表沉降具有良好的控制效果,然而黏土地层的泥水平衡盾构施工往往会由于地层多变不可预测等问题造成盾构机刀盘结泥饼现象。结泥饼后,盾构掘进时刀盘扭矩增大,掘进速度降低,严重影响施工工效且存在较大安全隐患。因此,对于泥饼的分析及防治研究具有重要意义。
The slurry shield TBM has a good control effect on the surface settlement. However,the slurry balance tunnels construction of the clay formation tends to cause the mud-cake phenomenon of the cutterhead due to unpredictable changes in the formation. After the mud cake is formed,the torque of cutter wheel increases when the shield excavating,and the advance speed decreases,which seriously affects the construction effect and has a large safety hazard. Therefore,it is of great significance for the analysis and prevention of mud cakes.
