摘要
随着近年来地下空间工程的大规模兴建,越来越多的城市轨道交通工程、市政工程等采用盾构技术施工,特别是在黏性土掘进过程中,泥饼的预防和治理是现场亟待解决的问题之一。以衡阳二环东路合江套湘江隧道为背景,通过掌子面原状土电镜试验和掘进参数正交试验,揭示了泥水盾构江底掘进中刀盘泥饼的形成机理,奠定了泥饼防治的理论基础,研究成果解决了现场实际问题。
With the large-scale construction of underground engineering in recent years,the shield tunneling technology was used more and more universally in city rail traffic and municipal engineering.Especially,the prevention and control method of mud cake is one of the problems which need to be solved in clay layer excavation process.Based on Hejiang-Xiangjiang Tunnel,which is the control engineering in eastern road of Hengyang Second Ring,this paper tries to reveal the forming mechanism of mud cake in tunneling process of slurry shield by electron microscopy test and orthogonal test.All in all,this paper makes a theoretical foundation of mud cake treatment.
