摘要
以广州复合地层条件下的盾构选型为例,从刀盘刀具对地层的适应性、盾构掘进模式及其工作参数选择出发,分析复合地层条件下采用盾构法施工时,盾构机选型的风险。结果表明,盾构机选型是复杂地层条件下地铁隧道施工的一项重要风险因素,并给出盾构在复合地层中掘进时的选型建议,可为类似工程条件下盾构机选型提供参考。
For selecting shield type in metro construction,taking the shield type selection at compound stratum in Guangzhou for example,the suitability of the suited cutter heads and cutters,cutting mode and the working param- eters etc.to the stratum were discussed in this paper.And the risk of shield tunneling in such stratum was analyzed after the type of shield was selected.The result showed that selecting a suitable shield machine in compound stratum is an important risk factor in shield tunneling construction.And some suggestions of selecting shield in compound stratum are given to be referenced in similar conditions.
